A main function of the Conference is to identify and analyze legislation and state and federal agency rules that impact DuPage municipalities and the well-being of DuPage residents and employers. The Legislative Committee monitors legislative issues that affect local government and guides Conference members in reacting to proposals from other organizations.

Legislative Action Program
Each year the Committee compiles a Legislative Action Program, a guide pinpointing a selection of legislative priorities to be the focus of our efforts for the year.
