Preparation for the Annual Springfield Drive Down To enhance the Conferecne's legislative efforts, we have developed a program to prepare municipal officials to be effective and successful during lobbying activities, especially the Springfield Drive Down. This presentation will provide a look inside the workings of the General Assembly and answer how we can accomplish our initiatives. This program is for anyone planning to attend the 2010 Springfield Drive Down. In addition, we will be presenting IML Executive Director Larry Frang with the Governmental Leader of the Year award.
